Last December, we kicked off a cool campaign by introducing some cutting-edge communication tools—AI-powered WhatsApp—to better connect with our clients and business associates.

If you’re in the events game, you know how chaotic things can get—between scouting, meetings, setups, and whatnot, messages tend to slip through the cracks. In our industry, it’s second nature to relay extremely sensitive information through messaging apps. With countless last-minute changes and minute-by-minute details, it’s all too easy for them to get buried under the avalanche of stickers and messages we receive every day.
Our Whatsapp Bots
Today, we’re proud to say that we’ve seamlessly merged our accounting, operations, and customer service systems to ensure no important document gets misplaced. Plus, we’ve deployed a WhatsApp bot that automates the delivery of receipts, quotes, planning docs, musical logistics, and more using our in-house AI system. Clients can also reach this bot for quick responses to general inquiries, making communication with our brand smoother than ever. To put all these innovations to the test, we ran a special campaign last December, gifting our top wedding planner clients with Amazon giftcards via our WhatsApp bot. If you were part of our 2023 roster, chances are you received one!
In that same message, we threw in an invite to join us in an exciting experiment—to craft our year-end bash using artificial intelligence. We had a whopping 76 participants in the contest, and let us tell you, the flood of incredible ideas and images had us grinning from ear to ear. Planners from all across méxico chimed in with their creative proposals using an AI bot for our party.
The jury consisted of our production staff, with whom we shared each of the images and heartfelt messages during our year-end dinner. Among the criteria, there were 6 points for the creativity of the prompts and 4 points for the final image result.

Mon decided to design their prompts from scratch instead of using the default options, and wrote prompts with great detail to ensure the image was very accurate. The result was very cool and creative.
Prompts: In a secret location that guests won’t know until the day of the party. Black and elegant place. A tree with disco balls at the top with different sizes and a tiny neon led star with led strips all around the green tree. Carnival style stands with foliage decor and all kinds of food in it as a bouffet. Projection mapping on the walls featuring videos from all the weddings of the year.
Result
After this small contest and the gifts to our clients, we were able to test and identify errors in the WhatsApp bot. Today, we have it quite refined and are developing new tools with it.
