As novel coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase around the world, VB is committed to provide a safe environment for our employees, customers and industry partners and ensure business continuity, to the best of our abilities and the respect of the law. We are confident that coronavirus will not significantly impact most of our clients and their events during 2020 and 2021
We are currently taking the following measures of precaution during events and office hours for the next months;
1.- We have required all production, staff, talent and green room personnel to wear N95 3M masks and nitrile (NBR) globes during equipment handling and event operation hours in April, May and June.
2.- We have activated a disinfection plan with Chlorhexidine Gluconate on all the equipment when leaving and returning to our warehouse for the next months.
3.- For events in Laredo and San Antonio, we are developing a contingency plan with our business partners in case of flight cancellation.
4.- We have negotiated with one of our biggest production partners the access to a batch of 200 thousand surgical masks destinated to event industry around México in case our clients require them for their own during April, May and June (Check price with your account executive)
5.- We have placed extra hand sanitizing stations around our office and warehouse and increased the frequency of space cleaning.
6.- We are opening the possibility to offer our customers, business partners and vendors in the industry the implementation of a remote work IOS in the cloud to continue working remotely and assure the correct production planning of the upcoming events.
7.- We are opening the possibility for clients to make a date change for their events if necessary.
While we continue our planning process as usual, we are preparing for different scenarios, including the possibility of our entire team working remotely if required. As a production cloud-based SaaS company with an extremely strong tech infrastructure for events, we are prepared to manage the production process continuity challenges virtually for the upcoming events in April, May and June.
We anticipate no inmediate impact to our service and believe in our ability to keep most of the contracts affected with a re-schedule of dates, looking for the minimum or no monetary loss of our clients.
We are increasing channels of internal communication, and as always, prioritize communication with you, our customers, so you don’t have to worry about your date.
We will continue to meticulously monitor news from the World Health Organization, Mexican and US Governments among other sources and guidelines. We are committed to reassess the situation and adjust our plans accordingly to the context and the law.
We are asking all our customers for their support to maintain a correct cashflow in payments for us to help you re-schedule if necessary.
We wish you all good health and thank you for placing your trust in us. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or inquiries.
